Activities of Daily Living

At Beaumont Manor Care Home we understand the importance of keeping your mind and body active for your overall wellbeing. This is why we pride ourselves on the fantastic activities programme that we provide which offers so much variety and choice for both group and 1:1 activities.

Our passionate staff members take the time to understand how our residents like to spend their time and are dedicated to making this possible for them. Several of our lovely residents take great enjoyment in participating in everyday activities to maintain their independence, and our ethos is if it is something that you enjoy doing then we will make it happen for you.

Our residents gain enjoyment from a wide range of different daily activities, some being; washing and drying up dishes after mealtimes, folding the laundry, and making drinks for themselves and other residents.

We make sure that living at Beaumont Manor Care Home offers the opportunity for our residents to not only receive the very best Dementia, Nursing, Respite and Residential care but we also encourage our residents to maintain their independence and responsibility within our care home to ensure they live home from home experience.

Our Activity Coordinators spend a lot of time planning fun activities for our residents. We are fortunate enough to have a minibus that allows our residents to go from one activity to the next. This is also an opportunity to take advantage of the fantastic location Frinton-on-Sea has to offer, whether it is touring the wonderful seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea to visiting the range of shops, garden centres, and theatres. There is an abundance of attractions for our residents to enjoy.

If you would like to find out more information regarding the activities programme we have to offer our residents or the wide range of care options we have available here at Beaumont Manor Care Home, then please do not hesitate to contact us today and we will be happy to help.
