    Andrea has 19 years of nursing experience both in the NHS and the private sector. Andrea is passionate about our residents being safe, treating all with dignity and respect, enabling them to lead fully enriched lives whilst always receiving the highest quality of care.

     

    Andrea is a hands-on manager who loves to spend time with the residents and their families. Andrea is always free to provide support, advice or a hug if required.

    Sue is the Administrator at Beaumont Manor Care Home and has held this role since 2017.  Prior to joining the team she has worked in the care sector for 10 years and has gained her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Business Administration.  Sue is often the first point of contact for residents and relatives and takes great enjoyment in being a part of the team.

    Isha is a dedicated member of staff, who always goes above and beyond what is required of her, specifically supporting us through COVID-19. Isha originates from Nepal and is the founder of the Isha Gurung Foundation, which she set up to support communities in Nepal, and to which she donates her earnings from Beaumont Manor Care Home. For us, Isha has supported disabled individuals by purchasing wheelchairs and has funded environmental community projects

    For the past eight years, Dawn has worked at the Clacton Outpatients dept. working closely with the general public and being an advocate for the patients. Dawn found the role very rewarding as it enabled her to make what could be a very anxious situation into a much calmer and less stressful experience. Many of the patients would have regular appointments and it was lovely to build a relationship with them.

    Dawn is very excited to be joining Debbie and Kerry as part of the Activities team. Dawn has a keen sense of humour and fun, which she’s hoping she can apply when being involved with the residents, and is very much looking forward to getting to know them.
