Meet the Team

Andrea has 19 years of nursing experience both in the NHS and the private sector. Andrea is passionate about our residents being safe, treating all with dignity and respect, enabling them to lead fully enriched lives whilst always receiving the highest quality of care.

 

Andrea is a hands-on manager who loves to spend time with the residents and their families. Andrea is always free to provide support, advice or a hug if required.

Sue is the Administrator at Beaumont Manor Care Home and has held this role since 2017.  Prior to joining the team she has worked in the care sector for 10 years and has gained her NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Business Administration.  Sue is often the first point of contact for residents and relatives and takes great enjoyment in being a part of the team.

James has held the position of Head Chef at Beaumont Manor since 2017 and brings a wealth of experience to his role having worked extensively in the hotel and catering sector.  James is very passionate in ensuring that the meals and dining experience at the home is of the highest quality for all our residents.

Tracy is one of the Registered General Nurses at Beaumont Manor Care Home and joined the team in 2019.  Tracy brings a wealth of experience to her role having worked in hospitals and in the community as a District Nurse.

Kelly is part of our Nursing Team here at Beaumont Manor and is committed to building relationships with our residents and providing them with an exceptional quality of care.

Rosemary is a highly experienced Registered General Nurse. Rosemary has previously worked in a hospice setting and is a great asset to us for her knowledge of end-of-life care which will help us to provide the highest standard of palliative care.

Amanda has previously worked as a deputy manager, ward sister and in other community settings.  Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge to our management team.

Claire is a Senior Care Assistant and is passionate about delivering high quality care to each and every one of our resident, ensuring all their needs are met.

Anthony is originally from Ghana where he worked as a Nurse and has since joined our team as a Senior Care Assistant whilst he studies to gain his UK nursing PIN. Anthony is supported by the Senior Nurses here at Beaumont Manor Care Home and is enjoying being part of the team and supporting our residents.

Carol is a member of our Care Team and takes great pride in delivering high standards of care to our residents and enabling them to live a sociable, active and happy life.

Karen joined the Beaumont Manor team as an experienced carer and has previously worked as a Deputy Manager. Karen has a passion for providing high levels of care and support to our residents, whilst building relationships with them.

Rebecca is part of our Care Team and loves the relationships that she gets to build with the residents and ensuring that both their care and overall wellbeing needs are met.

Isha is a dedicated member of staff, who always goes above and beyond what is required of her, specifically supporting us through COVID-19. Isha originates from Nepal and is the founder of the Isha Gurung Foundation, which she set up to support communities in Nepal, and to which she donates her earnings from Beaumont Manor Care Home. For us, Isha has supported disabled individuals by purchasing wheelchairs and has funded environmental community projects

Ibrahim is a qualified nurse in Ghana who is here on sponsorship as a carer. Ibrahim is very happy to be here in sunny Essex.

Loretta is a qualified nurse from Ghana who is enthusiastic about working in our excellent nursing home as a carer and gaining lots of experience and creating relationships with our residents.

Juliet joined us in 2023 as a Healthcare Assistant and is delighted to be working at our care home in Frinton-on-Sea. Juliet has settled into the team nicely and is enjoying getting to know all of our residents.

Josephine is originally from Ghana and has joined our team at Beaumont Manor as a Care Assistant. Josephine enjoys getting to know all of our residents and supporting them with their overall wellbeing.

Glynis has joined Beaumont Manor Care Home as a Care Assistant after having a passion for helping people and wanting to make a difference in people’s lives. Glynis has previously worked as an Accountant but its now enjoying the care environment.

Andy oversees all aspects of maintenance at Beaumont Manor Care Home and has worked in the care sector for over 10 years.  Andy is passionate about ensuring that the home is well presented at all times and being able to assist our residents to create a homely setting.

Andrea is our wonderful Housekeeper who enjoys interacting with residents and works hard to ensure the home is clean and tidy. Andrea takes pride in her role and this is evident in her work.

Julie joined the team at Beaumont Manor in 2018 and is the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.  Julie brings a wealth of experience to her role and likes nothing more than being able to assist our residents and their relatives.

For the past eight years, Dawn has worked at the Clacton Outpatients dept. working closely with the general public and being an advocate for the patients. Dawn found the role very rewarding as it enabled her to make what could be a very anxious situation into a much calmer and less stressful experience. Many of the patients would have regular appointments and it was lovely to build a relationship with them.

Dawn is very excited to be joining Debbie and Kerry as part of the Activities team. Dawn has a keen sense of humour and fun, which she’s hoping she can apply when being involved with the residents, and is very much looking forward to getting to know them.
